I am an ACCA chartered accountant, trained in NLP and life coaching. As a previous Finance Director who grew 3-multimillion-pound companies, one of which hit £400mill+, it’s safe to say I know a thing or two about what makes a business, its owner, and its books tick. 

I take a blended approach to business consultancy by offering a hybrid programme featuring both coaching and practical mentoring, all designed to get you from where you are now to where you want to be. 

By offering a step-by-step programme, I make sure that everything we’re working on is explicitly tailored to your business needs. No two clients are the same, from assessing your business financials to setting your own unique goals. My approach follows a 3-step formula that I’ve created, but every step and action we put in place is bespoke to your business. 

How do you assess my business's current state and identify growth and improvement areas?

You’ll give me access to all your financial data to complete the assessment, but you will also need to be willing to share your thoughts and feelings with me, be ready to bear all! But don’t worry, I’m not here to judge, and I’m virtually unshockable.

My signature Connect and Grow programme uses a blend of coaching techniques, and financial management tools and strategies to achieve growth. By looking at your business holistically, we’ll ensure that your essential foundations are aligned and focused on your growth goals.

You can leave your programme at any time; I only ask that you give 30 days written notice.

What if I want to continue working with you after the programme?

You have a few options if you’d like to keep working with me. You can either sign up for an extension programme for continued one-to-one support or join the VIP alumni mastermind, where we’d continue working together in an energetic group setting. 

I don’t know if I have the time for this programme, is this right for me?

You’ve heard the expression ‘you’ve gotta spend money to make money,’ right? Well, think of it like this, if you put in the extra (strategic!) work that it takes to grow your business now, you’ll make time back further down the line. Yes, it will take some hours to sort your systems and finetune your business drivers, but if it’s more time you ultimately want in the future, then it’s a worthy investment to make in the present.  

Can’t I just scale my business on my own?

Yes, if you want. But here’s a question for you, why haven’t you? If you’re worried about investing your time or money into action right now, ask yourself - what’s the actual cost of inaction? Will you be any closer to your goals, financially or otherwise, if you don’t make a start?
